At Lockheed Martin, our contracts opportunities encompass jobs such as Contracts Managers, Sub-Contract Administrators, Contract Administrators and Contract Negotiators. Locations for these opportunities can be found throughout the entire company in all business areas and in multiple states.

• Our jobs in Contracting require experience in the following areas — administering and negotiating standard and nonstandard contracts; detailed knowledge of the FAR and DFAR; proposal preparation; analysis of data; maintaining historical information; contract negotiation; contract administration and customer contact activities to provide proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements and customer specifications.

• Daily tasks — include examining estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness. Other responsibilities include preparation of bids; processes specifications; progress reports; as well as advising management of contractual rights and obligations.
