Communications Leadership Development Program (CLDP)

This is our intensive 2-year program developed with the goal of preparing its participants -- high potential, entry-level communications professionals of any age -- with accelerated growth opportunities and the potential to compete for and assume leadership positions within our communications functions.

In our CLDP, selected participants who maintain a successful level of performance within the program will rotate through 4 assignments of 6 months each, usually at different company businesses. Rotations will focus on media relations, employee communications, marketing communications and community relations. Upon completion of the CLDP, participants are set to be placed in a communications position that maximizes their respective skills, talents and potential. Participants are assured placement into their first position following completion of the CLDP.
