HRLDP

Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP)

Participants in the HRLDP are trained so they can compete for future leadership positions in the human resources area. The program also prepares successful participants to incorporate human resources strategies that add value to our performance, both as a business and as an employer-of-choice.

The HRLDP experience has been described as comprehensive and inspiring. Over a 2-year span, successful participants complete 3 to 4 rotational assignments that cover a variety of human resources functions, with the additional potential for a cross-functional assignment.

Technical training and more.
HRLDP will include technical training as well as seminars that are designed to expose participants to leading-edge human resources concepts and practices. Leadership training — through Leadership Development and Human Resources conferences spread over 2 years —provides participants with training in areas such as diversity, team development and project management, and will help build a solid foundation based on our corporate values and goals. Participants will also have the opportunity to develop a network of helpful contacts within our human resources area.

Expanding your possibilities.
Upon successful completion of the HRLDP, participants will have enhanced their potential to compete for key human resources challenges and positions across the entire corporation. Participants who have successfully completed the program should be prepared for expanded professional horizons through increased experience and training in a broad range of human resources and business management areas.
