Lockheed Martin Simulation, Training & Support (LM STS) is a Lockheed Martin business unit based in Orlando, FL. The company's simulation business is focused on supplying training solutions for military and commercial platforms, as well as staff training functions. The company is a leading provider of modeling, simulation, and mission rehearsal tools for military and civilian applications. Military logistics support and test equipment is also a large portion of their business, including machinery controls, logistics management systems, and automated test solutions for air, land and sea.v

In anticipation of a contract award, we are currently looking for talented individuals to join our B-2 Training System team at Whiteman Air Force Base and help shape the future of training for the B-2 Spirit aircraft team:

LM STS Site Manager (Req: 82209)
This position directs all phases of B-2 TS program from inception through completion at Whiteman AFB and is responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

TSSC Manager (Req: 82223)
This position manages and supervises technical, costs, schedules, policies, procedures and activities for the TSSC.

TSSC Engineering Manager (Req: 82230)
This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Aircrew Training Operations department comprised of TSSC engineering and ATD Technical Editor.

CM/DM Manager (Req: 82232)
This position provides the primary interface between the government, contractor, and subcontractors on all matters relating to the conduct of hardware, software, courseware and documentation configuration management.

Information Systems Manager (Req: 82238)
This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Training Management System Staff and Local Area Network staff.

Instructional System Design Manager (Req: 82251)
This position supervises the day-to-day operation of the program ISD and coordinates work schedules for Revision & Maintenance production and courseware projects resulting from Engineering Change Procedures and Contractual Change Procedures.

Distributed Mission Training Librarian (Req: 82271)
This position orders, maintains, files and distributes B-2 Training Publications.

Configuration Analyst (Req: 82283)
This position supports the Configuration Manager for Configuration/Data Management on the B-2 Aircrew Training System Program.

Database Engineer (Req: 82291)
This position designs, develops, installs, tests, maintains, and documents real-time visual, FLIR, radar, and other 3-Dimensional databases used for training on the B-2 Training System.

LAN Engineer (Req: 82338)
This position administers PC Server and network service in support of all B-2 Aircrew Training System (ATS) personnel.

Human Performance Engineer Courseware Developer (Req: 82339)
This position uses ISD methodology, recommends and designs modifications to existing lessons.

Computer Based Training Production (Req: 82340)
This position communicates with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Training Analyst, and Instructors in the development and revision training materials for electronic classroom, computer-based training (CBT), and classroom/briefing room displays and placards.

Computer Systems Analyst (Req: 82341)
This position assists and supports the Local Area Network (LAN) engineer install, maintain, repair and enhance the LAN to guarantee system operation.

All positions require Secret clearance.
