NOVA Awards
It's our highest honor, and each year, award winners, senior managers and our Board of Directors gather to recognize and celebrate the achievements of our employees. Many of our business units also honor NOVA nominees and others on an annual basis.
Patents and Innovations
Our employees are literally inventing the future for our customers and our world. In keeping with our philosophy of recognizing achievements, we reward employees for certain kinds of patents, innovations and discoveries.
Special Recognition Awards
This cash rewards program is managed at the business unit level and is used to acknowledge extraordinary performance throughout the year by individuals and teams.
Spot Awards
Ranging from cash awards to gift certificates to savings bonds, these awards enable us to recognize exemplary performance relatively quickly.
Service Awards
To recognize your ongoing service and dedication, you will be formally acknowledged every five years with a special gift.
